Who we are.

MWorx Group is a design and project consultancy supporting residential, commercial and industrial projects across Australia. We provide design documentation and NSW Planning Portal lodgement — covering Development Application (DA), Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and Construction Certificate (CC) pathways.

Practical support, well coordinated.

MWorx Group supports clients from concept design through documentation, approval and into construction. Engagement is flexible: a complete design and documentation package, a Construction Certificate (CC) carried over from another consultant, or a standalone NSW Planning Portal lodgement using your own documentation.

Each approval pathway has its own logic. The documentation a council expects for a Development Application (DA) is different to what a private certifier needs for a Construction Certificate (CC) or Complying Development Certificate (CDC). Working across these stages helps us prepare clear, well-coordinated submissions and keep the process moving.

Three principles. Every project.

Pre-empt the RFI.

The smoothest approval is the one prepared with the assessor in mind. Documentation is built to anticipate the questions a council assessor or certifier will ask — and answer them up front. The Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) is written against the relevant LEP and DCP. Drawings are coordinated to the SEE. Compliance statements are built into the package from the start.

Evidence-based pathway.

Choosing between a Development Application (DA) and a Complying Development Certificate (CDC) is a project decision that pays off when made on evidence. We assess against the relevant SEPP and LEP up front and recommend the pathway most suited to the project — so design and documentation effort lines up with the right route from the start.

Fixed-fee, where possible.

For most well-defined scopes, we provide a fixed-fee proposal once the brief is reviewed. Council and certifier fees are passed through at cost. Two-business-day response on every brief, with clarity on cost and timeline before any work begins.

We prepare drawings, schedules and written documentation for Development Application (DA), Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and Construction Certificate (CC) pathways — coordinated for assessment by councils and certifiers, with consultant reports brought into the set.

Fixed-fee lodgement of DA, CDC and CC applications through the NSW Planning Portal — including PCA appointment and Occupation Certificate (OC) lodgement. Available as a standalone service with documentation prepared elsewhere.
