The NSW Planning Portal has its own logic — document naming conventions, owner's consent, statutory declarations, fee schedules and a workflow that trips people up if you haven't done it before. We handle the full lodgement process so the submission goes in clean and gets accepted first time. You don't need to have done your drawings with us — bring your own documentation and we'll lodge it.
Development Applications, Complying Development Certificates and Construction Certificates lodged through the portal with all applicant details, property information and documentation uploaded and categorised.
